The best fit is usually a founder or lean growth team at a tech company with traction, an acquisition budget, and no senior growth leader in-house.
Most projects start with a diagnosis. I look at the campaigns, creative, landing pages, tracking, funnel behavior, and actual conversion quality. The goal is to find the constraint before spending more money.
What happens next depends on what the data shows. Sometimes the campaigns need to be rebuilt. Sometimes the real problem is the landing page, checkout, pricing, tracking, or creative output.
Clients are typically spending, or preparing to spend, at least $10K per month on acquisition. Many are early-stage companies that have raised between $500K and $3M. Others are bootstrapped and funding growth through revenue.
I work async-first and stay close to execution. We can start with an audit, work through a defined optimization project, or continue through a fractional engagement.
